We currently ship only within Armenia.
All orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.
Deliveries are handled by our own team to ensure quality service.
Free shipping is available on all orders.
Order tracking is not provided, as deliveries are handled internally without third-party couriers.
If a package is lost or damaged during delivery, we take full responsibility and will cover the cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns on opened packages for hygiene and quality reasons.
If a return is necessary, the customer covers return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We offer exchanges for defective products.
Sale items, gift items, last-sale, or final products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds, when applicable, may take 2-5 business days to process.
